New spin on old ideas with a complaint
Great book on habits. It contains information on how to create habits, keep them, and break them.
I was skeptical about another habit book but this contains original content.
My biggest gripe with the book is that the author constantly asks you to reference his website for more information. It often makes the book feel incomplete. I don’t like when it feels like a book is attempting to build an audience for another platform.
That being said I still recommend the book.
