Thirty days ago, my boss, Mr. Wolf of Wall Street, came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse: Sign my name on the dotted line and pretend to be his fiancée for one month. If I agreed, he would let me out of my employment contract with a "very generous" severance package. The rules were pretty simple: No intimate kissing, no actual sex. Just pretend to love each other for the press, even though I've secretly wanted to knock that sexy smirk off his face since the first day we met.

This was a fast and fun romance with laughs and heat. These two were just a powder keg waiting to go off and off they certainly went. This was a fun book with just almost 3 hours, more would probably cause my computer to explode! I enjoyed Emily's attitude. She made me laugh with her snark and Nick had me giggling with his antics. He is definitely dangerous ladies!

The narrators did a great job and I never had a problem knowing which 'voice' was speaking. This was my first time hearing them and I will be looking for more of their voices. They made the dialogue more fun.

If you could sum up Viktor in three words, what would they be?

Broken, Twisted, Beastly

Would you recommend Viktor to your friends? Why or why not?

Yes I certainly would. It was highly creative and inventive. If someone is looking for a dark and suspenseful book with a fairytale twist this is the perfect book for that.

Have you listened to any of John Tillman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Honestly I am not certain if I have or not without going through all of my audio books, but in this book he was fabulous!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The beast has never been so dark or dirty and Belle never wanted to be so twisted.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would to certain ones. This book is dark and kinky so not all of my friends would appreciate the great way this author has rivited her audience with these dark and almost dangerous words.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I liked Naomi most because she was fire. She is a fighter and she is strong. And when she didn't feel strong she would fake it.

Which character – as performed by Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross – was your favorite?

I really liked when Wen Ross portrayed Anthony, and I think Kai Kennicott's performance of Naomi was the best.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Dark and dirty, let the games begin.

Any additional comments?

The dark and wicked games are not meant for the weak whether playing them or reading them. This book was so imaginative and unexpected even after reading the synopsis. It was so hard to stop listening once I started. The story was compelling and better than any dark and dirty drama I could ever find on tv.

I have read this book when it first came out and now listened to it. Jamie Sara Lewis did a fantastic job delivering the story! Her use of accents, voice inflections and tone for each individual character helped bring the book alive without having to use several different narrators. The story was just as engrossing in audio form as it was in written and I look forward to listening to the 2nd book. Well done! I highly recommend the audio as well as the written!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I loved how the male parts were narrated by a male and the female parts narrated by a female rather than the one or the other inflecting their voices to differentiate between them. It made this book stand out from all the other audios I have ever listen to and made this one so much better.

What other book might you compare Stalker to and why?

I couldn't compare Stalker to any other book. It is highly unique not only for its plot but also its narration. The plot is twisty and turny, I never knew what was going to actually happen in the end. The dark and twisted characters had me enthralled and unable to stop wanting them to win each other. And the narration was the best I had heard ever.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene is at the end. It is the big twist and I loved it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES!! It was so hard to turn it off for any reason. I will be listening to this one again.

Any additional comments?

I have been very verbose about the narration, but I can't seem to brag on it enough! Jennifer Ann was THE perfect voice for Vanessa. It matched the one I had in my head perfectly after reading the book. Phoenix's voice was vastly different but once I got use to Clarissa Wild's vision of it I really got into it. They worked well off each other and they brought this book to life. This was truly one of the best audio books I have listened to and I loved how it was made immensely!! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys audio and twisted characters.

Would you consider the audio edition of Mr. X to be better than the print version?

Mr. X is an amazing story and though I enjoyed the audio I didn't feel Paul Brion's narration did it justice.

What did you like best about this story?

Clarissa Wild enjoys making me crazy with her stories. At some point I always scream at her books in disbelief. The shock and wow factor of this book was probably my favorite thing. It is dark and gritty, no holds barred and I loved it.

Would you be willing to try another one of Paul Brion’s performances?

Yes I would. Just because I don't think he did Mr. X justice doesn't mean I wouldn't try another one of his books. He has a good voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book made me scream in disbelief and nearly hyperventilate. I was either holding my breath during most of the book since it was Mr. X and Jay's interactions or getting impatient because I want to know everything about them NOW.

Any additional comments?

I absolutely loved this book. It evoked strong emotions and big responses from me. Mr X was not a hero by any means yet I couldn't help but want more of him. He was dark and a bit insane from what happened to him. He was such a strong and dynamic character that sticks to a reader for days afterwards. Jay was one of those characters that I wasn't sure how I felt about until the end of the book. She was luckily a strong person because no one else could have taken on Mr. X. I highly recommend this book to any who love a great dark erotic that tests boundaries and pushes limits.

Would you consider the audio edition of Throttle Me to be better than the print version?

I can't say it is better than the print because I have my own inner voice that is absolutely fantastic at playing out scenes, but the audio gave it something I couldn't have. I could sit back and imagine the exact scenes as the book was being read to me. It was a lot hot and a bit naughty! It added to a book I already loved and characters I already adored.

What did you like best about this story?

There are so many things I loved about this story. City is my all time favorite character in this series. I almost forgot that after reading the last book but rereading Throttle Me reminded me how much I truly loved his book. He is alpha to the max and he takes care of the women in his life even as he respects them and cherishes them. He is tough and strong but knows when to back away. I love how he respects his mom and how he takes care of Susie.

Have you listened to any of Nelson Hobbs and Lucy Malone ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have never listened to either of them before. I have to admit I loved their voices. Nelson Hobbs could pull off the tough voice and I loved it. Lucy Malone had the soft Susie voice I imagined.

Any additional comments?

Listening to Throttle Me was a decadent treat. Hearing my favorite story being told rather than me playing it out in my head was unreal. Men of Inked readers need to experience it. I could listen to it over and over. Chelle Bliss has an amazing talent and when the book is just as enthralling the second, third and fourth time I've read it it will always be a favorite.

If you could sum up Hook Me in three words, what would they be?

Summing up Hook Me in three words I would have to say it is HOT, SEXY and ADDICTING!

Who was your favorite character and why?

It is so hard to choose because I loved both Mia and Mike. They fit like jig saw puzzle pieces.. even if you had to work them a bit to figure out which way they went sometimes. Mia's voice character was spot on for how I thought Mia would sound. I loved listening to her the most. Mike's voice character was sexy and he did an excellent job.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene is when City has his wreck and Mia meets Mike's family. That whole scene from beginning to end.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This is definitely a book I wanted to listen to from the beginning to end in one sitting. I hated having to turn it off and am so glad my car syncs up to my phone so I could turn it on while driving that way!

Any additional comments?

Reading This book was fantastic. Having it read to me by these two was an experience I will enjoy again and again. I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the Men of Inked series in audio!
