Where does Crucial Conversations rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is actually my first audible book. It was very easy to listen to.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Crucial Conversations?

In the book that when they talked about how to respond to people. In other words its not what you say its how you say it.
