Mel really nailed it with this book. She provides practical, actionable insights about how to identify limiting fears and quickly overcome them. I really enjoyed listening to Heather's session, in particular, in which Mel coached her through her struggles with perfectionism. The main takeaway was that what we really fear is losing our sense of control. The way to regain our control is to identify how fear presents itself in our bodies and then respond in a more empowered way. 5 stars! I also really like the fact that Mel provides an accompanying workbook to keep her readers accountable. Too many self-help books say the same things, and the advice isn't really actionable. This book is totally different and is one of the best books of any category I have read in a long time.
