Interesting how the author weaves in concepts from his other series “muirwood” that creates a feeling that eventually the two worlds or times will eventually merge to establish a millennial timeline of one great fantastic storyline. I love the clean and suitable for children style of writing.

I skipped all the personal stories in the book. I needed to create my own story.
I read the conceptual sections of the book!
Followed the concepts!
Definitely Improved Health!
Feel GREAT! ...
And beyond that, my life has changed.
Instead of going throughout my day doing the needful thing, I've begun to tackle all of lifes challenges differently. I can not credit the book for achievements, but, I can credit the book with changing my perceptions of life. I've now become a self-improvement nut.
My transformations did not stop with physical aspects but carried through to Emotional, Financial, Career, Relationships, Education, Religious, etc. Basically, everything about myself was interrogated through introspection. What could I change? Anything! What should it change to? What ever I wanted it to become!
I had unlocked the ability to set goals and know it was simple to achieve them. Give it a try and don't stop with Weight loss. I started 1.5yrs ago and now exercise my body, mind, and intellect regularly.
