In business, the right behaviors matter. But getting it right is tricky. And just how do we manage those situations that can provoke even the most rational among us into behaving in ways we would rather forget?

Goldsmith provides a good mix of stories and statistics to help keep things moving along. The steps and guidelines her provides seen simple, but it's the doing that is difficult.

I've been doing daily questions now for several weeks and have enjoyed the changes in my mindset that it have resulted. I've also implemented weekly questions to review with my wife that hit on our family culture goals, such as reading family meals together, giving each other focus in the moment, doing fun things, etc.

Overall, I really enjoyed the book.
