The average song is three and a half minutes long; those three and a half minutes could lead to a slow blink, a glimpse of the past, or catapult the soul into heart-shattering nostalgia. At the height of my career, I had the life I wanted, the life I'd always envisioned. I'd found my tempo, my rhythm. Then I received a phone call that left me off key.

I wanted to love this story. I could relate so much to calla when it comes to losing her dad. I cried a lot in this book. My dad said the same words as ren, only my dad didn’t get to leave the hospital.

I just found calla to be so annoying it almost made me want to stop reading/listening. What 26 year old still lives at home with her parents?! Had no bills at all? I just don’t feel like that’s realistic. I know plenty of entitled people that live in a nice apartment…their parents pay for… But at least they aren’t still at home. If she lived with her ex bf, and they broke up, and she moved home that wouldn’t be so bad. She was super whiney. She got better towards the end but honestly I almost didn’t finish because of how annoying she was. The only reason I did finish is because I wanted to see what happened with Ren.

Narrators were great.

It's really simple. I needed money. A lot of money. One million dollars to be exact. The amount didn't matter. All that mattered was that in the end, that price tag held my father's life. No money. No life. The time limit was one year. On January 1st I had to pay up or my Father was going to be killed. When you're faced with an ultimatum like this, you do whatever you have to do.

I have been listening to a lot of their books, I need to take a break from the two of them for a little while.

first time for this author and this narrator. I wanted to love this book and audio but I just did not. I think a lot had to do with the narration. Cute story, ill try the author again.

Would you be willing to try another book from Mia Caldwell? Why or why not?

yes I would try another

What aspect of Mark Kamish’s performance would you have changed?

I dont know, I just perfer dual narrators. His voice kind of annoyed me when doing his female voice

Do you think The Billionaire's Triplets Matchmakers needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

I met Bianca in an elevator. She was on her way to interview me when we got stuck. The beautiful raven-haired reporter assumed I was a delivery guy because of the way I was dressed. She had no clue I was really Dex Truitt, the wealthy, successful businessman she'd dubbed "Mister Moneybags" - her afternoon appointment. Bianca told me how much she hated Dex's type - snobby, over-educated, silver-spooned men who didn't appreciate the simple things in life.

The story was cute and funny.. The story line itself wasn't my favorite. I would say that the book was broken into three parts. The second part it was almost like the main character forgot all about the first part and all the lies. I dont know.
