Starting a new business is scary. The thought of success always lingers in the back of your head when making any decision. With this book, Susan puts your mind at ease and walks you through every process associated with a new business. The entire start up process is written out in full detail. Every possible hurdle is discussed and Susan helps you brainstorm on how to get the best success out of your business endeavor. Theres a lot of great tips in this book.
I think one of the most important things discussed in this book is the customer experience. Hiring a great team is critical for this, and Susan highlights how to pick the right people to represent you. Definitely worth the read!

This book brought back so many memories for me. Some of the games mentioned in this book I have played before and are familiar with. There were also many games I wasn’t familiar with, and can’t wait to try. As the holidays are approaching this book is a must read. Each game is described with simple instructions so you can get to playing fast. Also, twists on some familiar games are mentioned and definitely worth trying! Outside games are also mentioned for those perfect Sunday football game get togethers. This book will bring your family closer and allows you to become a kid again with these fun games!

I’ve used so many different types of shampoo and conditioner throughout my life and the best ones I’ve used are the recipes from this book. Theres many different recipes for shampoo or conditioner for each hair type. There’s even recipes for different types of styling products. I didn’t even think that you could make your own! Many urban myths are discussed and debunked in this book, giving me a sigh of relief. Going natural is something I always like to do and I’m glad I could continue this even with my hair care. This book is a wonderful way to learn about all different hair types and what works best for them.

I’ve been following the Keto diet for some time now. I wouldn’t say I know everything about the diet, but I knew it made me feel better. This book is a perfect starter to figuring out the diet. Susan explains what the Ketogenic diet is and how it works in great detail. It’s always important to know how a diet works before attempting it! The recipes in this book are mind blowing and yummy. Each recipe comes with nutrition facts, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body. Everything about this diet is substituting what you already know you like with something healthier, and Susan stresses that in this book. This book is a MUST read if you’re starting the diet, on it currently, or even just want new recipes for your collection.

With over 300 ideas, Susan Hollister gives you a different craft for almost every occasion. Each craft is explain in great detail and the instructions are easy to follow. There’s nothing worse than finding something you would like to make, but the instructions are hard to follow and seem to leave out steps. That’s not the case for this book. Anyone can find something to do in this book. I took away the idea of making the most out of everyday materials. It’s also a great resource for anyone who has kids or babysits since there are hours of fun filled activities. I defiantly recommend this book if you’re looking for something to do, or are a long time craft maker!

Avoiding foods that are processed is something I try to do and have done well in the past. Recently, I’ve gotten into the bad habit of eating way too much of these types of foods. I saw a fluctuation in weight gain and my energy level took a plummet. I decided to pick up this book as a refresher. Boy, did it help! Within a couple days I saw my energy level spike back up to where it used to be. Susan is able to outline the perfect “do’s” and “don’ts” of any clean eating diet. The recipes in this book range from breakfast, all the way to snacks. I can honestly say I would try every single recipe in this book. Not to mention, both coffee, tea and other beverages are covered and talked about. Zucchini noodles are a good alternative to regular pasta. I would have never thought of that! I love that there is a chapter about desserts as well. Just because you eat clean doesn’t mean you can’t have dessert!

Instant pot recipes are the secret to any good meal. They are the most tasty recipes I have ever come across. Not to mention there isn’t a lot of work involved. All you gotta do is put something in the pot and just let it cook! The variety of recipes in this book give you so many options to try out. The chapter on sauces is phenomenal! There are so many different types of meals to pick from, this book give you everything you need to know and more. This book is both good for beginners and someone just looking for new recipes. Susan doesn’t leave out vegetarian choices either! If you have a instant pot, you should have this book on your shelf.

The recipes that are in this book are not only tasty, but also amazing for an anti inflammatory diet. This book has completely changed my view on a diet. Since trying this, I feel 100 times better. Susan has a great knowledge on this subject and it shows in this book. She even suggest how to start an anti inflammatory diet! Everything you need is covered in this book, from meals to snacks. If you don’t know where to start, or just want to read a book to gain better knowledge and understanding of this diet, this book is for you. Her action plans for starting are a great resource for beginners or even people who have strayed away from this diet. Not only are the recipes superb but also Susan describes in detail what causes inflammation for a medical standpoint. Definitely worth a read!

Crockpot meals are my favorite. You can make these meals in the morning, let it cook and have a tasty meal in the afternoon or evening. The recipes in this book are all so flavor-full, and cover every meal. Susan has some great breakfast recipes, which is a rare thing to find for a slow cooker that ranges in cooking time. The French Toast Casserole is to die for, both quick and easy to make. This book also includes vegetarian recipes for a healthier option. Chapter 13 is a hidden gem. It contains different recipes that can be used for everyday life and I’m excited to make my dogs something from this crockpot book. You can find a meal for just about any occasion!

I have always wanted to try yoga but I never knew where to start. Since my schedule is crazy, it was impossible for me to get to yoga classes. I decided to give this book a shot and see if I could learn from it. The extremely detailed descriptions of each pose made it easy to follow along. Each pose comes with a description on the benefits of that pose. This book is so well written. The sample routines provided are an excellent resource as well. I didn’t know yoga had so many benefits! I can already see a difference in myself. The many other aspects of yoga are also mentioned and just as important. I highly recommend this book if you’re looking to get into yoga. Thank you Susan for this wonderful book!
