In today's ever-changing and often-volatile business landscape, adaptability and creativity are more crucial than ever. It is no longer possible - or even desirable - to learn one set of job skills and work your way up the ladder. Rather, today's entrepreneurs and business leaders must anticipate change to create opportunities for professional success and personal satisfaction.

What made the experience of listening to Disrupt You! the most enjoyable?

1. The insight provided by author Jay Samit2. Real life examples of industries that have been disrupted by small startups. Amazon, PayPal, YouTube, Cirque Du Soleil and Iams Dog Food all disrupted established once successful industries many of whom are now gone.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Jay Samit, the author and narrator of the book, is my favorite character. Jay brings first hand experience, entirely of knowledge and contagious enthusiasm to the book. If you ever wanted to disrupt anything you absolutely MUST read this book! I have been in business for 40 years and seen many things but what Jay is teaching has made me realize there more opportunities available today than ever before.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

"Disrupt Yourself, then Disrupt an Industry!"

Any additional comments?

I cannot wait to read Jay's next book. If you are interested in success through disruption you owe it to yourself to read or listen to this book! You never know. You might just disrupt yourself enough to disrupt an entire industry!
