I didn’t think I would like this I figured it would be for a teenager. But I immediately fell in love with it. What a magical adventure! I don’t know if tour guide for the heartbroken is a real book but I sure hope so! The Irish accents are incredible and not too much! I just loved this book!

Lucy Brewer would never have guessed that her best friend, Duffy McCready (of McCready’s Bait Shop & Funeral Home) has been in love with her since they were kids. Fear of rejection and his own romantic complications prevented Duffy from confessing his true feelings in high school, so he stood by and watched her wed Wayne Bowman right after high school. Wayne had always been a cheapskate, so it comes as no surprise when he suffers a fatal accident while fixing his own truck.

To Margot’s surprise, she's taken a liking to life in small-town Georgia...helped along by a romance with the hot elementary school principal. The two of them have been taking it slow - or they were until Margot gets pregnant. Kyle wants to make an honest woman of her, but Margot's still trying to proceed with caution. After all, she was the best event planner in Chicago before she ever came to Lake Sackett. Her wedding has to be perfect, and perfect includes not having the baby halfway down the aisle.

But it’s just monotonous, the first 1.5 is just recap. And about how Margo throws up 70 times a day. Was probably 45 minutes of everything else. I love this series but this was not my favorite & just too short.

"When Poppy Wainwright's grandmother dies, she travels from her home in Arkansas to live with her grandmother's older sister, Sookie, in Savannah, Georgia. 'Your Grandma Lainey was a self-righteous nit-wit,' Sookie tells Poppy upon their first meeting, 'and if I had the gumption, I'd drive myself up to Mountain Home and spit on her freshly dug grave.' Sookie is everything Poppy's grandmother was not: atheistic, slovenly, suspicious, prone to vendettas, and completely lacking any verbal filter." (Kirkus Reviews

It starts really slow but comes together in the end, the voice of Millie in the very beginning of the chapters is kind of annoying. But teaches you to love the skin your in.

The narrator is sort of annoying, and is so flat toned it makes it boring she would be better for another book but not this one. It ruined it. I couldn’t even finish it. She made it so boring and hocus pocus is my all time FAVORITE movie! Really disappointed . Wish I would have returned the book.
