It was fascinating hearing the science and insights from the State of DevOps reports. Getting great use from the information already. #ModernWorkplace #DevOps #Culture #tagsgiving #sweepstakes

This is a great follow up to the Phoenix Project (The Goal and The DevOps Handbook). The discussion and information are incredible. I now have a lot more books to listen to. #ModernWorkplace #DevOps #Lean #tagsgiving #sweepstakes

Wil Wheaton does an excellent job narrating this book. The story is great. I listened to this book for the second time. It was just as engaging the second time. I hope the movie does this performance justice!

I know a lot of IT people have heard of this book. It is now time to read it. Then, DO IT! I found myself angry during parts of the book and cheering during others. I bet you will find your organization somewhere in this book. I hope you are near the end. If not, figure out why and fix it.

I just finished listening/reading this book for the second time. I've heard Liz speak twice and also loved Multipliers. I recently took a promotion to a job that did not previously exist in my company. There are just three of us with my title out of thousands of employees. I have been struggling a bit and this book has helped me again. Thank you for encouraging me to continue to learn and for telling me it is ok not to "know".
