I have this book in text, but found it to be too lofty to sit and read. The audiobook version, while sometimes a little monotonous, really helped me digest the way the chakras function and interact. It was better to hear the book than to read it for me.

A Course in Miracles (ACIM) - the self-study spiritual-thought system that teaches the way to love and forgiveness - has captivated the minds and captured the hearts of millions of people. Delivering inner peace where fear and pain once prevailed, its universal message is unsurpassed in its power to heal. Yet many students report that they have difficulty grasping the principles or keeping up with the lessons. So even while they yearn for the spiritual freedom the course offers, they put the book aside, hoping to get to it one day.

I appreciate the attention to detail in this version of A Course In Miracles. I attempt to read the original copy of the book here and there, and find it to be a little confusing or overwhelming. I love the words, but it seems to take a lot of attention to absorb all of the messages. THIS book was the remedy to that--it was like a really interesting teacher lecturing on the book in a way that I could understand and engage with. Thank god!

The Tapping Solution is legit. I tapped along with Nick Ortner's guidance, and every single session left me feeling some kind of release--mentally, energetically, physically and/or emotionally. Tapping will now forever be a part of my healing toolbox. It's incredibly effective, but I need to remember to practice. I'd like to write my own tapping scripts! Well worth the listen and doing the exercises is seriously rewarding!

Thank god I didn't dismiss this book. Elizabeth's message and voice delivers perhaps the most vital and honest truths about expressing personal creativity. She approaches the subject of creativity without fear (and explains why fear is unnecessary in the creative process). She encourages the reader to be passionate about their creations, no matter what. She is sincere and unapologetic. She tells the truth about every single aspect surrounding creativity...literally, she has thought of all the concerns, surrounding the creative process and confronts them, good or bad. She words it all bare bones, leave-nothing-unaddressed. She explains why creating is vitally necessary despite everything, if that is what you are called to do.

She is the voice you needed when you loathed yourself as a creative outcast in high school. But it doesn't even matter that that was over a decade ago: I'm too inspired to create now to mull over my past.

I guess that is big, and in many ways, it's magic.
