Don Tillman, professor of genetics, has never been on a second date. So when an acquaintance informs him that he would make a "wonderful" husband, his first reaction is shock. Yet he must concede to the statistical probability that there is someone for everyone, and Don sets out to find the perfect partner. She is also beguiling, fiery, intelligent - and on a quest of her own....

Lottie just knows that her boyfriend is going to propose during lunch at one of London’s fanciest restaurants. But when his big question involves a trip abroad, not a trip down the aisle, she’s completely crushed. So when Ben, an old flame, calls her out of the blue and reminds Lottie of their pact to get married if they were both still single at 30, she jumps at the chance. No formal dates - just a quick march to the altar and a honeymoon on Ikonos, the sun-drenched Greek island where they first met years ago. Their family and friends are horrified. Fliss, Lottie’s older sister, knows that Lottie can be impulsive - but surely this is her worst decision yet.

What would have made Wedding Night better?

If they had actually had one. (a wedding night)

Would you ever listen to anything by Sophie Kinsella again?

Yes, I really like other books from Sophie , but this book ....not so much.

Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favorite?

Lottie- I like the way Jayne Entwistle preforms.

What character would you cut from Wedding Night?

None. They were pretty much all important to the story.

Any additional comments?

The story had some funny moments but ot enough to outweigh the parts that made me angry. I really did like Noah.

Lucas Thorn wasn't born a cheater. All it took was a single moment - say, a certain disastrous incident on the night before his wedding - and boom. Reputation destroyed forever and always. So now he owns it. He has a lady friend for every night of the week (except Sundays - God's day and all), and his rules are simple: No commitments. No exceptions. But a certain smart-mouthed, strawberry blonde vixen is about to blow that all to hell.
