One thing Liam Turner knows for sure is that he's not gay - after all, his father makes it very clear he’ll allow no son of his to be gay. And Liam believes it, until a chance meeting with James "Jay" Bell turns Liam’s world upside-down. Jay is vivacious and unabashedly gay - from the tips of his bleached hair to the ends of his polished nails. With a flair for fashion, overreaction, and an inability to cork his verbal diarrhea, drama queen Jay must have a screw loose.

When they were teens, Castor McCormick was the bane of Blake Kowalski's existence. Their mutual animosity led to summers filled with rivalry. Now, nearly two decades later, Cas is moving back into the neighborhood to live in his grandmother's old house. Blake tells himself he isn't interested in seeing how snarky little Cas grew up, but when his mother dupes him into visiting his former nemesis, he finds out "pretty" can evolve into "sexy as hell" on the right man.

I won this audiobook from the author in a contest and promised to leave an honest review.

This is only my second audiobook as I am not really an audiobook kind of person. I love having the written word in front of me. Having said that, I really enjoyed this story and the person that read it did a remarkable job. My one issue with audio is that the first time I attempted to listen to a book years ago, the reader didn't do a good job. It was read in a monotone, no inflection in the voice to express what the characters were feeling, and they read it straight through, no pausing for periods or other sentence breaks. I was able to follow this story without trouble and recommend it to those that enjoy audiobooks.
