I loved listening to this fun fantasy. I don't think I'd share my wife with another man, but I enjoyed the sexiness of the story. Melanie Hastings did a great job narrating, I loved listening to her! The story was written very well by Dean Fox also.

I loved listening to this book! K. Carothers wrote a great fun story, romance, crime, ghosts! And Stacey Glemboski's narration really brought me in to the story! This was a longer book than I usually listen too, but I didn't want to stop listening. I wanted the story to keep going and the narration is so good I wanted to hear more.

The Federal success along the river opened the way for advances into central and eastern Tennessee, which culminated in the bloody battle of Chickamauga and then a struggle for Chattanooga. Chickamauga is usually counted as a Confederate victory, albeit a costly one.

The battle of Armageddon was finally fought... and ended with no clear victor. Upon the mountain, the armies of Hell and Heaven beat each other into a bloody, uneasy standstill, leaving the Earth in ruins. Armageddon should have ended with Heaven winning, ushering in an era of peace. That's what the prophecies said. Instead, the two armies--one of angels, one of demons--hunker down in the scorched planet, lick their wounds, and gear up for a prolonged war with no end in sight.

In a culture of outrage, social media is the go-to place to attack and to hide. Users rant and vent, and they huddle in like-minded silos. We can block, unfriend, and hunker down in private groups. Social media has so far aggravated, rather than helped to cure, ideological polarization and partisanship. Is there a higher and better use?
