It's not every day that a beautiful, naked woman falls out of the sky and lands face-first on grizzly shifter Berg Dunn's hotel balcony. Definitely, they don't usually hop up and demand his best gun. Berg gives the lady a grizzly-sized t-shirt and his cell phone, too, just on style points. And then she's gone, taking his XXXL heart with her. By the time he figures out she's a honey-badger shifter, it's too late. Honey badgers are survivors. Brutal, vicious, ill-tempered survivors.

I love this author & have been a long time fan of this series - I did not even check to see if the narrator had changed I was so happy to see the new addition to the series. The new Narrator (who I'm sure must have done other super narrations) has ruined this series
* Names are being mispronounced including Corrina's
*Accents are thicker and not as melodic
*When did Goss become a kiwi?

It all left me very confused and now much more vigilant with what I spend my credits on.

Derrick is one of the creatus, created beings who have lived on the Earth for more than 4,000 years. Many questions surround the origin of these sentient beings who are stronger than humans, eat differently, and live longer. But they were created just as we were, maybe even before us. It is from them we obtain our fairy tales - and our nightmares. They are the reason we believe in superheroes - and monsters. Because...they exist.

Got demon? Grace does. She's got more demon than she can saddle. In fact, she's got a sinfully sexy Crown Prince of Hell named Caspian. She's also got 10 days to get rid of him or Bad Things shall ensue. See, her Russian mobster ex-boyfriend didn't take kindly to her smutty Mephistophelean contract. It's not that she's conspiring with fiends; that was his idea. It's that she's conspiring against him with outrageous devilry that runs the gamut from embarrassing to a dead hooker-turned-dominatrix-demon gunning for his soul.
