This incredible book combines two of the most natural and effective healing tools available to us: movement and mindfulness. Using the fundamentals of movement and intentional attention William Pullen gives us a running start toward the peaceful place of integration by providing a detailed framework that encourages another well known, but underutilized natural healing device: relationship. The book provides ways to use relationship with an intentional running partner as a way to facilitate, and encourage emotional growth and healing from the most common and vexing problems we humans experience! The way he guides us to be good listeners and effective communicators is of immeasurable value to me. I got my community library to purchase several copies and I can't stop listening on Audible. I purchased a friend the hard copy, and I'll keep recommending it to everyone!!
