This was such a sweet story. Jumping many years in the future, we see the natural progression of our favorite, loved characters. Lucas and Tori are expecting their first child. Celebrating Christmas with his extended family isn't what she would choose, but it will make her husband happy. Lucas and Chase decide to surprise Luke's wife and Chase's mother in law, and knowing the two of them, well it doesn't exactly go as they wanted.

This is another wonderful story of the season of life, love and joy.

Her sisters have hired Hugh Bradley to track her and bring her to them. He does find her, but, is not sure what he should do. This audio book was heart wrenching. The realization that human trafficking isn't just a current day problem, nor is addiction. As you see Hattie's struggles, you want her to succeed. You want her to win over all adversities. Does she? Listen to find out. Very, very good book.

A great story of the time period when Chase left with Running Elk to have his "vision". Of course anytime that Running Elk is involved, it doesn't quite go as planned. Fortunately, Chase forges his own path through the wilderness and back to his one true love, Sarah. That is, if her father and brothers allow him to live! This is a wonderful story of a young man wanting to prove to himself and to others that he can take care of his wife and future children, in a time in which he was not born. Great addition to the series.

I would definitely listen to Darcy's story again. I read the book, but love the audio version of the story.

I love that Darcy takes a leap of faith and lets God take control.

I have not listened to her, but will search for other books she has narrated.

Debra Holland is one of my favorite authors. I can always "get lost" in her stories.

What made the experience of listening to Wyatt's Bounty the most enjoyable?

The story line and the narrator. I can't choose between the two.

What does Dawson McBride bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His wonderful voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The obvious love between the two and the stubbornness of the same two made me laugh. There is a part of the story that did make me cry-tears of happiness. I can't elaborate-to do so would spoil it for others.

As if he doesn't have enough to handle between running outlaws out of Cheyenne, keeping his brothers out of trouble, and avenging his father's death, Sheriff Sawyer McCade's meddling mother just dumped a mysterious mail-order bride on his doorstep. One woman can be more trouble than a band of renegades, and while this one has him all stirred up, he'd rather get to the bottom of the story she isn't telling. Rose Parker had it all - until a web of danger and deceit sends her running to Cheyenne posing as a mail-order bride. Escaping the evils of New York seems sensible until she meets the unsuspecting sheriff who didn't ask for her, has no intention of marrying her, and won't rest until he uncovers her secret and sends her back home.

Another wonderful book and audio from Peggy L. Henderson and Cody Roberts. Caroline is such a very strong Heroine, but with some really unfortunate choices! I was surprised when she "accepted" the marriage proposal and wondered if and when she would finally realize that wasn't what she wanted. And yes, there were times I wanted Trevor to just put her on his horse and ride away. (The ceremony has a very surprising and abrupt ending!) Each story in this series is well written and flows with those written before-including the Yellowstone Series.
