What made the experience of listening to The Dorito Effect the most enjoyable?

I love the way the book tells the message in stories mixed with studies and stats. It makes it real life and full of science at the same time. Flavor and lack there of is a true culprit in our food and this book tells the how's and why's it got that way. I love the narrator he is perfect for this book. I have read and listened to 100's of lifestyle, health and nutrition books and many are dry and you just want to get to the info you really need to know. I listen to my audio books in the car and I couldn't wait to finish listening to each chapter so I continued listening in the house when I got home.

What did you like best about this story?

I had too bookmark so many parts of the book to go back and listen to I am going to buy it in print as well so i can highlight the parts I want to remember and share with my patients.

Any additional comments?

Great combo of author and narrator please so another book together again.

I have listened to this book at least three times and I know I will continue to listen to it. It is great encouragement and Joel delivers the message wonderfully. No matter your lot in life there isn't anyone that couldn't enjoy or deserve a little encouragement and this is a great place to get it.

The Narrator is excellant. My children enjoyed listening to this story. We listened to the whole book in 1 day as it really held their interest and they are 5 and 8 years old.

My kids and I listen to 6 to 10 hours of audio books per week and we just loved this one. The suspense combined with the descriptions he uses to explain the larger vocabulary word keep your attention and expand your brain at the same time.
