A Truly Fascinating audible version. I had never given any thought as to what Hinduism really was, or for that matter what it entailed. I was really impressed with all of the forethought and planning that the author had to have put in to the execution of this book.

I enjoyed all of the scientific studies to back up all of the common myths about fasting. It's great to see a nutritionist / body builder prove that you can sustain your ideal weight and muscle mass through fasting and enjoying your favorite foods still. Combine fasting with a low carb diet and it will happen faster but he's of the mindset that you will still lose weight eventually without depriving yourself all of the time by doing 2 (24 hr.) fasts a week... making this the most sustainable diet out there. I agree!
