Once again, NSS takes us by the hand and guides us through his world.
We meet up with our favorite characters, thankful they still live. We mourn the loss of characters we have grown to love, and cheer when “X” fulfills his destiny. Many dive/die, so humanity can survive.
I look forward to the next installment of this series, after I catch my breath from reading this one. Narrator R. C Bray brings this world to life so effortlessly. He is the voice of Nicholas Sansbury Smith’s genius.

Joshua Gayou immerses you into the world of Commune once again. He breaks your heart then makes you belly laugh like an idiot. His characters are so real that even the bad guys are imprinted on your heart. Of course, his genius is heightened by the excellent narration of the man himself, R.C Bray. These two combined give much depth to this story. I look forward to Gayou’s continuation of this heart warming and heart wrenching series.

The third in a series of excellent Military Sci Fi.
Deceit is rampant on the Hive, as Commander Michael Everhart and his team search for X.
This series of books by Nicholas Sansbury Smith is an extreme thrill ride!
I originally bought the first three, and have gobbled them right up. Book four came out a few months after I bought them, so I didn’t have to wait to grab that one also. Worth every credit you spend on this series, guaranteed.

Nicholas Sansbury Smith creates a complete world of apocalyptic destruction, and then fills it with characters that will stay with you for the rest of your life. R.C Bray brings all of those characters to life in a way only a few narrators are capable of. The combination of Author and Narrator make this series one of the best Audible has to offer. Buy more credits because you are going to want to read every single one.

This book was worth reading and worth the credit spent. The characters were of depth and the storyline was interesting. I am left wondering if their will be another, I assume there will be, but do not see anything recent. R.C Bray is the main strength of this book. The reason I even gave it a second look. His depth as a narrator really lends credibility to this book.

Craig Dilouie goes right for the jugular in this book. A refreshing new twist on horror. He examines the love between a parent and child, and pushes us to contemplate just how far we would go to save our children. Even when they stop being the child we once knew. I felt every crushing emotion he throws at us. He brought out my inner Dexter, as I thought about all the millions of criminals I would hunt down and use their blood to keep my children alive. Who does that? I did. And you will too. R.C Bray is as always an excellent narrator, he could read the phone book and put it on the best seller list.

The real monsters are humans. We follow a group of survivors, that split up for reasons I won't mention here..spoilers right? So now we have two groups, and sadly it all starts to feel disconnected. I followed this series to the end, wanting so badly to really get to know each of the main characters. I feel we only got to know the characters that the author wanted us to know..he would introduce several someones that seemed very interesting, only to have those characters fade away...but what I took away most from this series is that humans can be so very bad to other humans. Without rule of law, we all descend to feral beings. A good triumphs over evil story that left me feeling beaten, battered and bruised.

First time I have read this author, so wasn't sure what to expect.
It kept me entertained and showed me a different perspective on UFO's and Aliens.
The narration by R. C Bray was excellent as always.
