I liked the mystery and the characters. The romance was a stretch, but it's a great storyline with a couple twists with a little romance thrown in. which is perfect. The structure to each book in this series is the same, the author found a formula that works. Each storyline however is totally unique and is fantastic to follow. I am thoroughly enjoying this series. Alec is a detective in Chicago that just got accepted to the FBI, he is from a huge family and already had 2 brothers that are FBI and one in Justice dept. Regan is from a wealthy family and runs a charity for the family, who are hotel conglomerates. She becomes the object if obsession for a serial killer and Alec is assigned to guard her.

This is the start to a series of books that follow characters throughout, but are all standalone books. They can be read in any order, but you'll understand each character better if read in order.
Nick Buchanan is an FBI agent experiencing burnout. He has keen instincts for the job. Laurent is the female lead. She is a small business owner in a small town. She moved there to be closer to her brother. She was raised in bordering school in France. She becomes the target of a killer and her brother calls in his best friend Nick to protect her. Lots of twists and turns and lots of excitement. Great start to a series.

I enjoyed this storyline and narrator. The romance is good, but liked the thriller aspect of this book more. Payton kinda let Finn walk all over her, dictating what had when, but I liked his character. just wish she hadn't been such a pushover. I love she stood up for women and took a stand against her aggressor. Overall great book.

Loved this addition to series. It's always good to catch up in the Grimlocks andntheir brand of crazy. Poet heads back to Detroit, to the area she used to call home while on the streets. she struggles with her decisions back then, though she didn't have a choice. The while circus is super supportive. Banshees on the loose and memories to fight. Poet is pit to task in this one.

I loved this book. Well written, interesting storylines, and great characters. I also enjoyed the audiobook.
The h and H both come from abusive backgrounds and have overcome the odds. Ghosts from the past come back for them. The story will tug at your heart strings and make you laugh.

Really like these narrators, they have a way with bringing stories to life.
I enjoyed this romance, but not sure what category to put it in. I loked the characters and storyline. Due to content would recommend over 18. This book is super hot in certain scenes. The slow build to something real seemed natural, not overly manufactured. Looking forward to the next in series.

I liked this slow burn, funny romance. Both h and H have bad breakups that give them plenty of hangups moving forward. This read is funny, sexy and sweet romcom.

This series was an emotional rollercoaster. I laughed and cheered, then I'd cry, then get frustrated. I was all in with these characters. Lots of poignant moments. This book was different than I thought it was going to be,but so much better.
Logan and Audrey have a love for the ages.
I hate I can't leave a thorough review, but don't want to give anything away.

The ordeal was getting through the whiney voices of every character portrayed by the narrator. I really like this series, but I think the audio version may have ruined it for me. It was hard to sit through .

In this addition to the series, Harpers terrible mother was dating an even more terrible lawyer. She is suspected in the murder, which causes a riff between Harper and Jared. Harper blaming him for things beyond his control is getting a little old. To further everyone's stress, Harper's parents start hooking up, literally the day after the death, while at Harper and Jared's new house.

I won't be purchasing anymore books from this narrator

I really enjoyed this series. I can't believe all of the people that died. I laughed, cried, cheered and jeered. I wish epilogue had been more satisfying, however. I loved everything else.
