Toni’s no stranger to making mistakes. She has experienced firsthand how walking down the wrong path can send life spiraling out of control. Fortunately, she had someone to drag her from the gutter and help set her on the right track. As penance for the poor choices of her past, she pledges to suppress her baser desires and focus on finding a steady, dependable man, even if that means embracing a boring lifestyle.

I have never read anything by Lilly Atlas before and this book will not be the last book by her I read because I just loved the story so much. It is very well written and I love the characters. I found there is a good flow in the story.

I very much liked that this audiobook has 2 narrators because I found it makes the story better. Especially when you get to hear the male and female voice. I find it makes the story more enjoyable.

Anyway, I found the narrators did a fantastic job.

I am giving this 5 out of 5.

Mia's star desperately needs polishing. Can a fake relationship with Austin make her shine? Mia Black is the slightly geeky, kind of smart, but otherwise lusterless middle daughter of a family full of shining stars. Literally, like, movie stars. Austin is the super cute, uber-popular basketball phenom whose athletic career just took a nosedive when his failing grades landed him in academic probation. Basically Mia's polar opposite.

Any additional comments?

This audiobook was a great Young Adult romance story that I just couldn't stop listening to.

It is short and it is an easy listen. I listened to this one day while doing chores and also while I shovelled the driveway.

I liked the narrator did a great job.

I do highly recommend if you are into YA romance novels.

Corona Heights is more than an apartment building. Some believe it is haunted. Others feel it is cursed. None have been willing to confront the terrible secret hidden within its walls. Until now. Fiona Graves is the building's newest resident. She has given no thought to the darkness of its past. She only wants a place to call home while she begins to rebuild her life. But it will not be that simple. Life in Corona Heights rarely is. There is something buried inside the walls of her apartment; a secret so horrific, so terrifying, that no one has dared speak of its existence.

Mary Shelley wished with her classic Gothic novel Frankenstein to "make the reader dread to look round, to curdle the blood, and quicken the beatings of the heart". Mary Shelley succeeded. Victor Frankenstein finally fulfills his dream of creating his own living creature, stitched together from the macabre remains of corpses. To his horror he finds he has created something even more ghastly than in his worst imaginings. Frankenstein has created a monster with a soul!

From Lauren Graham, the beloved star of Gilmore Girls and Parenthood, comes a witty, charming, and hilariously relatable debut novel about a struggling young actress trying to get ahead - and keep it together - in New York City. It’s January 1995, and Franny Banks has just six months left of the three-year deadline she set for herself when she came to New York, dreaming of Broadway and doing "important" work. But all she has to show for her efforts so far is a part in an ad for ugly Christmas sweaters, and a gig waiting tables at a comedy club....

And she definitely can't ignore the connection between his arrival and the Woman in White's return.
