good book pretty much picks up where the other one left off gives you a real idea on This World of Magic real idea on this world after everything after everything we're used to today has disappeared in the smoke and dust.

never saw that coming wow truly amazing book one of the things about this author they will continue to surprise everyone is the detail in the story. the thought and planning she puts into every aspect of the book not just one book but puts things in motion for four books for five bucks a head truly amazing book legendary writer.

a book I truly enjoyed well there is a different narrator the story is the same enjoyable energetic surprising Reed that somehow we've come to expect from this well-known author. also really nice to hear things from Hughes perspective.

I thought the hollows series was done I was pleasantly surprised to see this new book come out as a prequel and I would certainly not disappointed to find it was just as good as all the other books truly a good read worth your time that is if you like magic werewolves vampires and pixies that threatened to lobotomize anyone that gets in their way.
