There are a lot of things about Ketogenic diet that I think may work well with my lifestyle. For one, I prefer fats than carbs. Though it seems to be a strict diet, making sure not to slip off the Ketosis, it proves to have worked on others so might as well give it a try.

My son as is any other boy is addicted to fortnite. I was so excited for this and he was too when he got it. He plays the game for hours and this book helped a lot with tips and tricks etc. He even shares the stuff he learns with his friends.
