Leonardo Romano has made an independent fortune as a boutique hotel magnate. He has the golden touch when it comes to creating luxurious accommodations, but the one thing Leonardo has avoided is following in his Grandfather’s footsteps. Running the family’s original hotel, the Romano Resort, on the island of Sicily, is a job he’s never felt fated to revive. However, now that his brothers have done their parts in securing and remodeling the hotel, it’s up to Leonardo to do what he does best: entice visitors to revel in the lap of luxury.

This is book 3 in the Italian Billionaire series. Although this is a stand alone, I’d suggest you start with books 1 & 2. They are short stories and you can easily get thru each at one sitting. I love Leslie’s creativity and the beautiful unique places we get to visit while reading her stories.

Narration was well done and brought the story to life. Connor has a great voice!

Leonardo is one of the Romano Brother’s trying to renovate their family property. All plans are agreed upon until Stella shows up trying to halt all renovations until they agree on something that conforms with international preservation laws.

There is a HEA conclusion after some misunderstandings and some turmoil.

The story is well written and interesting. Both characters are not sure about signing up for the daring game. They both decide not to participate until they see each other and decide to give it a shot. This is a short listen but it is a complete story. Sky Corgan packs a lot in less than 2 hrs.

The narration was good and brought the story to life.

This is a steamy story with a heart broken Kellan. He’s a doctor and after his fiancée cheated on him he has dedicated all his time to his practice.

Adore is almost 30 and has never been intimate with a man. She decides to go to the club in search of someone to take care of her V card.

Conclusion was excellent!

This is a fun time travel book with some unique elements! A dog being the catalyst to time travel was quite unique and fun. I really enjoyed this time travel romance. It is worth taking the time to listen to this story!

Narration was ok.

The story starts slow but eventually picks up. The story is very entertaining even though I would have enjoyed it even more if the narrator had shown some emotion and differentiated the characters more. Overall a great listen.

I’m looking forward to reading more books by this talented Author.

I have not listened to the first book in this series, but Eddie does an excellent job summarizing book 1 for us so we can follow along pretty well. This book is written in the first person and Eddie actually talks to us, the listeners/readers. It’s a unique and entertaining way for the main character to communicate past events and get us caught up to what is going on in the present. He is kind of funny and a bit of a jerk!

Narration was pretty good and brought the story to life.

It was pretty fast paced and something was always going on in his crazy life. The police is after him, Rachel (an old enemy) is out to get him, and he is investigating some mysterious disappearances. There is also someone he is interested in... Never a dull moment.

I’m looking forward to the next book.

Narration was ok.

I have started listening/reading books half way through a series before and gone back to read the previous books because the story and characters were interesting and captivating. This story was ok but I did not feel connected or enjoyed the storyline as much as I had hoped.

I had to really push myself to stay on track and try to finish this book. It was a fairly short book but it was harder than it should have been to get through.

Narration was not my favorite either. I found it monotone and hard to keep going. Her voice was ok, but the delivery needed some help.

Very hard. I terrify her. When I get close to her, she darts away. She calls me a rogue and a brute. No one can talk to me this way. I’ve only spent a single evening with the fiery female, but suddenly a wife is what I need. She’ll scream. She’ll moan. She’ll writhe beneath me. I’ll bend her to my will. I’ll show her the pleasure of submission. I’ll make Perri my queen.
