I've tried every diet...and I mean literally every diet and her style, thoughts, and tips are changing my life. I love her non judgmental approach that recognizes that we will slip up and then gives concrete advice as to how to get back on track. The "is this worth it" approach has really impacted my eating habits. It's not about beating myself up after a choice, it's about learning from it and build my skills to navigate a food world.
