I laughed, I cried, and I celebrated. Another grand adventure for Dani and Ryodan. Moning somehow manages to make me fall in love with the same characters in new ways with every addition to the series. I sincerely hope this won’t be the last we hear from this series. There is so much more that can be done with these characters and their stories.

I started reading the Charlie Davidson series because of a suggestion from another favorite author of mine, and I fell in love. The series contains just the right amount of comedy, drama, and romance. The cliff hanger on this one though...hope the next one comes out soon!

Showalter did it again! Can’t let go is another fantastic addition to the original heartbreakers series. Fingers crossed that there will be another one soon for Brock and Lindy. As much as I love Showalter’s fantasy fiction novels, her romance novels never disappoint.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Absolutely nothing could have made this better. The characters were cliche and underdeveloped. The plot was lacking. The story as a whole was boring, drawn out, and lacked excitement of any kind.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Anything but this.

Would you be willing to try another one of J. Evans’s performances?

J. Evans is possibly one of the worst narrators. I found myself falling asleep listening to her drone on and on. Even though the story was awful, a narrator can sometimes liven things up a bit. There was hardly any variation in character. This is the first audiobook I couldn't finish.

What character would you cut from Shadows of Aggar: Amazons Unite Edition?

All of them.

Any additional comments?

I always try to give authors a chance. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have no idea how this even got published at all. Then, add one of the worst narrators and you get the worst book I've ever encountered. I always try to finish a book, even if I don't like it but I couldn't even make it to the end of this one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. It is not worth the money.
