It's the last long weekend of the summer and former investigator-turned-journalist Penelope Trubble has returned to her hometown of Bohemian Lake to help her father with his newspaper and private eye businesses. With a contest prize of $10,000 on the line, the small town is more crowded than usual with summer vacationers on the hunt for a planted replica of the rare 1913 Liberty Head nickel that, according to local legend, was lost to Bohemian Lake over 50 years ago.

Easy to listen to and believable characters. The story has plenty of surprises and good resolution. I would recommend it for a fun listen. Narrator did a excellent job.

Stayed up too late to finish this. Couldn't stop reading. I'll look for others by this author.
