I really like this audible. It has a ton of information into the history and science of fasting. It also has methods of intermittent fasting and explains how to use it to get better results from exercise.

This was the best book I've read on the subject. It's not a dry psychology style book, but written in a manner that is easy to read and learn from. Going beyond smudging and cord cutting, this book addresses the psychological aspects from both the perpetrator and the victim positions.I plan to read it again and have recommended it to several people I know who have dealt with borderline personalities/vampires or are dealing with them now.

If you are interested in learning exactly how to make money trading options,. It says "Beginner's " in the title for a reason. The information is clear, concise, and well presented. Very little fluff with a lot of good information Great audiobook. I go over the concepts again and again.This is an excellent starting point for someone new to option trading.

This is a very interesting book that will interest you chapter by chapter, you will find both a full explanation of the ketosis process, a detailed description of the methods of intermittent fasting and much more. It explains in simple fashion exactly what you need to do to optimize your health and gives you many resources and good explanations. Excellent book for all who want to get healthy and constantly improve.
