Another great book by the amazing authors. Although the domestic violence was hard to get through it was an important part of the story that needed to be told. I knew that when the main characters finally got together the first time it was all going to crash down on them and of coarse it did but that f’r, Ash’s tormentor, got what he deserved. A good beating from Aiden. I still think he should have gotten whooped even worse. Or when Aiden kicked him in the knee it should have been a permanent injury that f’d up his career. Anyway, Aiden and Ash got their HEA. I’m not completely sure but I think Luke and the Super Model are going to make an appearance in the future of this series. Can’t wait! Keep writing great stories girls!

The Pelican Bay Series is My absolute favorite book series I’ve ever read. I cried through book and book 2.
Book 1 because I related to Dallas with his disability and the love that grew between the couple and book 2 was almost as great. If I gave book 1-5 Stars. I would give book 2-4.9. I want to make it clear that book 2, Sanctuary Found, is just as great. I just relate to Dallas in book 1 more.
I can’t wait to listen to book 3, Truth, tomorrow. The only thing that I don’t care for is there isn’t anymore, yet. But, as I listen to the the last few hours of the audiobook recording of book 2 I began to realize that Sloane Kennedy has many more Pelican Bay gay couple to choose to write about. The setups are subtle but they are there. I really hope Sloane continues the series for several more books. At least, 10 or 11 more 😉.
If you like m/m romance novels that have ups and downs and not only about the relationship between the main characters but whatever else they are going through in their lives like brothers, mothers, fathers, the town and their past mistakes to name just a few and has a hea ending I think you will adore these books as well. Lennox and Kennedy are my most favorite authors and will continue to be for a long time (as long as they keep up writing these fabulous series).

I’ve listened to many Lucy Lennox books and can’t believe each one is as good or better than the last. Of coarse, the stories all are HEA stories and they maybe why I love each one. Every main character, plot and location she writes about is easily to picture in my mind as I listen. Burning through one of Lucy’s series is sooooo much better than A Netflix binge. Although Triston is a fun flirty and romantic character, and is perfect for Blue, I think I enjoyed Blue more. His sassy mouth and humorous quips to Triston really made him life-like for me. I’m also happy Blue didn’t consider going back to Jeremy, at all. I do feel like they fell in Love VARY quickly and have thought I’ve felt the same feelings in real life it wasn’t quite that fast and I think most people would be freaked out by such things happening in 24hrs. Moving in together after spending 5 days together total. So a little unrealistic but that’s what fantasy is for...5 stars and I’m sure I’ll listen again soon. NEXT BOOK!!!!!

Like all of the Forever Wilde novels His Saint was a great book. I did feel like the it was rushed at times. Especially the ending. The book could have been a good 150 pages longer and it would have been easy to fill in with more details. More about Auggie’s family and “the bad guys”. More about Saints security firm and the trouble he should have found himself in. And the ending could have had more about Saint and Auggie’s future...the happily ever after. But because I love the Wilde family characters and Lucy’s writings I gave it 5 stars all the way. I just hope there is more to come. We still have to hear about King and Cal.

Another great m/m romance from Lucy Lennox. Texas must be where all the hot gay men are that love family, romance and commitment. The depth of Lucy’s characters especially the Wildes is truly amazing and makes the story more believable. While I listen to the series I can picture what is happening in my head. The cabins and ranches and the town come to life through these books. Can’t wait to listen to more.

I left my family and tiny Texas hometown 15 years ago to escape small-town gossips and to give my mom and sister the chance at a better life. But when a phone call from an attorney back home informs me that my sister passed away, leaving me custody of her newborn baby, I'm shocked out of the steady life I've built for myself running a tattoo shop in San Francisco. The thing is: I don't do babies. And I don't do small towns. Or commitment. And I especially don't do family.

Facing West is an amazing m/m romance story. I love how big Wests family is and how excepting. It does seem a little far fetched at how many gay brothers he has and that his grandpas are gay too. However, the family elements really made the story for me. The southern twang was a little much. I think it could have been a bit lighter.

I really enjoyed this book: At Attention. I gave the story a 4 instead of 5 bc I wanted more. Dillion’s character was maybe too understanding at times. And all the times that Apollo said he could give Dillion what he needs was a little frustrating bc you knew how they felt about each other. I think too the 4 was bc the ending felt a rushed. I think there should have been a few more chapters between getting back together and the end. But, that being said, I have never felt like I want a good book to end. Always wanting more. Maybe even a sequel but that would be hard to do bc if the ending. I definitely recommend this series of books. And if your a M/M widower (like me) beware this book maybe hard to listen too or read. It certainly hit home to me.

In a battle of the heart, who will be the first to submit? My name is Jamie Atwood, and I am an idiot. Against all odds, I got the attention of Michael Kage, the hottest MMA fighter on the planet. To say he rocked my world would be an understatement. He transformed me completely, made me depend on him, and made me love him. And the sex? Let me put it this way: I'd never been with a guy before I met Kage, but I'd gladly spend the rest of my life on my knees for him. He is my obsession and my addiction.

I do wish Kage and Jamie would show more “love” to each other and show each other they really do cherish one another. I get so frustrated with them, but, I suppose that’s part of the draw. Grrrrr. 5 stars! They better just be all romantic And gush all over each other in the final book. Something tells me that may not be the case. 🙏😤🤨🤔😉
