Enjoyed the stories. Was new and relevant. Many of the stories I heard I was familiar with from previous books I read. For example, Zappos. It was a nice incorporation to show how to win friends and influence people in the digital age while staying in sync with Dale Carnegie's philosophy.

This book was stunning and completely changed me. This book works superbly at taking a gander at all the diverse instruments of correspondence, from real verbal converse with non verbal signs, for example, non-verbal communication. The topic is shrouded in incredible detail and profundity.

The obstacles faced by the partners in each story are resolved and there are no cliffhangers. These are each complete stories and not just one book drawn out into three parts. If you enjoy this genre then I strongly suggest you give this set a try.
