Easily one of the best positive-toned self-help books I've ever read! Not only did I feel like I was reading multiple books as there is plenty of spiritual inspiration and some actual tips that helped me appreciate life considerably but it also trained my mind to teach myself how to use positive thinking to overcome difficulties. I feel so independent now thanks to everything I've learned here.
