Literally couldn't put this down needing to know what happened that awful night to Charlie and Sam. The language was a bit rough for me but the story was so good that it rode that.

This is a tragic yet some how uplifting story. The plight of these children kept me wanting to hear more and more. The narrators did an excellent job in portraying each character .

Befriending Traci Calloway Cole is the best thing Simone Phillips has ever done. Traci is the kind of woman Simone wants to be - in every way possible. She begins copying her role model. Not because she wants to be Traci. She just wants to be exactly like Traci. Traci doesn't worry, though. She knows Simone doesn't mean any harm and that her mimicry is only sincere admiration. What would have made Anna and the Swallow Man better?

The ending to this book just doesn't make sense to me. Too many questions left completely unanswered. Very disappointing
