Created for mental health professionals and illuminating to anyone interested in the core techniques, practices and insights of Buddhist psychology, this experience-focused audio-learning program helps us find our way back to natural presence, a place where peace and our deep love for life grows.

It has been passed down through the ages, highly coveted, hidden, lost, stolen, and bought for vast sums of money. Fragments of this Great Secret have been found in the oral traditions, in literature, in religions and philosophies throughout the centuries. In this audiobook you will discover the Secret, and you will learn how to have, do, or be anything you want.

Around the time Elizabeth Gilbert turned 30, she went through an early-onslaught midlife crisis. She went through a divorce, a crushing depression, another failed love, and the eradication of everything she ever thought she was supposed to be. To recover from all this, Gilbert took a radical step. She got rid of her belongings, quit her job, and undertook a yearlong journey around the world, all alone. This is the absorbing chronicle of that year.

My friend had recommended this to me, and even wrote it down on a piece of paper I had by my desk for too long before I finally got around to signing up to just to listen to it while I do other things.

This was a "book" I couldn't put down. I didn't want it to end. Thoroughly enjoyable, moving, funny, interesting and entertaining. A great work by a fabulous writer. Truly inspiring. I would recommend it to ANYONE who enjoys travel, life, love, has an element of spirituality, and likes to laugh. Liz Gilbert is easy to listen to and completely lovable, on her journey with beautiful scenes and characters, thoughts and vibe.
