Dakota Jones is the second youngest of four children who had a difficult upbringing living with parents who struggle with mental illness. He escaped his family as soon as he could by joining the military. Now, after several tours of duty he has been discharged. He has nowhere to go and no solid plans for the future. Refusing to return home to his parents he arrives in Sullivan's Crossing where his brother Cal and sister Sierra have each experienced the healing power of the place and its people. Nestled at the crossroads of the Colorado and Continental Divide Trails, the area attracts those looking for answers or direction or a new lease on life. Dakota will come to terms with his less-than-perfect family and will plant the roots he's never had.

As a movie location scout, picture-perfect is the name of the game. But her last project literally went up in flames, and her career is on the verge of flaming out. Greer has been given one more chance, if she can find the perfect undiscovered beach hideaway for a big-budget movie. She zeroes in on a sleepy Florida panhandle town called Cypress Key. There's one motel, a marina, a long stretch of pristine beach and an old fishing pier with a community casino-which will be perfect for the film's explosive climax.

Would you consider the audio edition of Coming to Rosemont to be better than the print version?

I like both - I have read the book (a couple of times) and now have listened to the book - there are things I heard that i do not recall from reading the book. it is just a different way to comprehend - Still a delight-filled story that kept me entertained.

What other book might you compare Coming to Rosemont to and why?

can't really say as i like a variety of authors and stories.

Have you listened to any of Dina Pearlman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not heard any of Dina Pearlman's audible books before but will look for her name for other audible books

If you could take any character from Coming to Rosemont out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Maggie! would just like to know more about her!

Any additional comments?

I liked the audible book because it is easy to listen to and hear the story (while working on mundane spreadsheets at work LOL). it took two days to listen to the story - i was able to still put myself in the story - same as the book - with the audible i get the emotion of other characters in the story. Can't wait for the next audible book in the series to be released.

Would love to see this series as a Hallmark Movie - how entertaining would that be!!!
