Great book for insight on the unhealthy and healthy ways we deal with anger. I learned a great deal about myself from this book and will use it for personal growth and improvement. I liked this book so much it encouraged me to read When Pleasing You Is Killing Me also by Dr.Carter. If only I could have read these two a long time ago! If you are looking for greater understanding of the emotion of anger and better self awareness then this is the book for you!

I have found the recipes to be filling, and I feel great. Also, each recipe has nutritional information. Thank you for a great book to improve my overall health. This is a very comprehensive eating and exercise plan based on the Mediterranean diet. I have started the plan this week. Very practical guide to Mediterranean eating.

I am finding this book so helpful and am actually beginning to feel a genuine sense of compassion for myself. This audio book guided meditations for all of the skills introduced in this book. I have particularly appreciated the guided meditations for mindful breathing and mindfulness of the body. It's detailed and very much explained that everyone can easily understand this audiobook.

This is such a helpful book! This book is what I need. Taking control of our emotions and anger is incredibly important. This book showed me the real reasons why I got angry and how to not be overwhelmed by it.

So far most of the recipes have been bland and lacking in flavor. They are simple and easy and good for the novice cook. I found better recipes online for the anti-inflammatory and Fasting lifestyle. Have enjoyed those best so far and flavorful enough to please my meat eating family.
