Adrenal fatigue is a very difficult disease especially when you are in the midst of a severe episode and you are barely sleeping at night. I found this book to be very helpful with information I had not read in previous material. I was able to use the meal plans which were very specifically layed out.-

Written in a conversational manner, it's serious scholarship nonetheless. Having read most of the other Revolutionary histories out there, I didn't think there would be much new in this one, but the emphasis on Germany's collusion with the Bolsheviks for its own sake, as well as the numerous examples of Bolshevik hypocrisy and cruelty, do reach new depths.
