This book touched me in so many ways. I laughed, cried, but most importantly I thought about my relationships and interactions with others. We never pay attention to how much emotional baggage we carry around with us on a regular basis. This book isn't therapy but it is therapeutic and I suggest the listen.

Yet, supported by loving friends and strengthened by "inner soldiers", Jenifer never stopped entertaining and creating.

I love the lessons given to us by Tony in this book. It's common sense and faith-based, which seem to he two things individuals struggle with and lack. My only complaint would be that is it mostly geared towards married couples. I see ways to implement this into my single life when determining what to look for in a partner, but a lot may not actually come into play until marriage. Overall, I think this book will help a lot of couples with their relationships.

Melville Heights is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Bristol, England. It’s the sort of place where doctors and lawyers and old-money academics live. It’s not the sort of place where people get stabbed in the back 30 times with a kitchen knife in their own homes. Someone must have seen something. Newlywed Joey Mullen, for example, recently returned from four years of working in Ibiza. She and her husband, Alfie, are eager to find a place of their own in her hometown. But Joey finds herself distracted by the man next door, Tom Fitzwilliam.

When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.
