Enzo knows he is different from other dogs: a philosopher with a nearly human soul (and an obsession with opposable thumbs), he has educated himself by watching television extensively and by listening very closely to the words of his master, Denny Swift, an up-and-coming race car driver.

Audie Award, Humor, 2016. In Furiously Happy, number-one New York Times best-selling author Jenny Lawson explores her lifelong battle with mental illness. This Pulitzer Prize-winning classic tells the poignant tale of a Chinese farmer and his family in old agrarian China. The humble Wang Lung glories in the soil he works, nurturing the land as it nurtures him and his family. Nearby, the nobles of the House of Hwang consider themselves above the land and its workers; but they will soon meet their own downfall. The working people riot, breaking into the homes of the rich and forcing them to flee. When Wang Lung shows mercy to one noble and is rewarded, he begins to rise in the world, even as the House of Hwang falls.

Welcome to the hilarious, strange, elegiac, outrageous world of David Sedaris. In Naked, Sedaris turns the current mania for the memoir on its proverbial ear, mining the exceedingly rich terrain of his life, his family, and his unique worldview, a sensibility at once take-no-prisoners sharp and deeply charitable.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I was worried about having someone else narrating along with David Sedaris. I felt like I was waiting for Amy to "do her part" but I quickly forgot to wait and just enjoyed. I always want more. I wish it could have been longer. It is amazing how nicely and consistently Mr. Sedaris' stories resolve. I heart him.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Again, it could have been longer.

Have you listened to any of David Sedaris and Amy Sedaris ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes I have all Mr. Sedaris' audible books. He is a really dynamic narrator. Amy added even more enjoyment after I got used to an additional narrator (of his material) (typically I love more than one narrator).

Do you think Naked needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Not really.
