Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tony Hsieh?

Anyone - he's as poor a narrator as he is a writer.

What did you take away from Delivering Happiness that you can apply to your work?

Very little - I think this story is pretty unique and hard to apply generically.

Any additional comments?

If you can muddle through (or skip) the first 2-3 chapters of self-congratulatory excess, the story of Zappos' inception, growth, and the development of its company culture is an interesting read.
