Procrastination. Disorganization. Distractibility. Millions of adults have long considered these the hallmarks of a lack of self-discipline. It can change your life.
Well narrated, I was diagnosed with ADD about 30 years ago when they didn't know much about it and just prescribed medication. All I can say is I wish I knew about and read this book when it first came out.
