By now you know that getting enough sleep is one of the fundamental keys to overall health and well-being. But, achieving optimal shuteye and truly winding down at night are skills that few seem to have mastered.

The overly LOUD, discordant, 'THIS IS AUDIBLE" inserted at the end is really awful. This is a sleep meditation. And if, by chance, it happens to actually work (and it does!), the really REALLY REALLY loud "THIS IS AUDIBLE" commercial at the end kinda wrecks it. You can count on being jarred back to wakefulness.

Really awful.

Also, it would be helpful if you could loop or link the 7 chapters, so that you could play more than one, without interrupting yourself to load up a new track, if you're really having a difficult time getting to sleep (which the VERY LOUD 'THIS IS AUDIBLE' commercial at the end is likely to exacerbate...

If you could chop that off, and have continuous play from track to track, this would be near perfect for a sleep meditation.

The overly LOUD, discordant, 'THIS IS AUDIBLE" inserted at the end is really awful, particularly if you're using this at night, before sleeping, it startles you awake.

Really awful.

For beginners, this is great. And I absolutely love the stress-free, no judgement, narrator.

Eight-year-old Murgatroyd Floyd doesn't fit in - not as a blue-eyed blonde living in Singapore, not in school, and certainly not with his aloof expatriate parents, who seem determined to make his life even harder. Unbeknownst to him, there's a reason why he's always the odd boy out: he is an Oddfit, a rare type of human with access to the More Known World, a land invisible to most people.

I enjoyed the book immensely. The performance could not have been more perfect for the story. The story is engaging, thought provoking, and often hilarious, in what has been come to be called "British humor" - dealing with the absolutely absurd with banality.

Andrea Vernon always thought she would spend her life living in Paris writing thought-provoking historical novels all day and sipping wine on the Seine all night. But the reality is she's drowning in debt, has no prospects, and is forced to move back to Queens, where her parents remind her daily that they are very interested in grandchildren. Then, one morning, she is kidnapped, interviewed, and hired as an administrative assistant by the Corporation for UltraHuman Protection. Superheroes for hire, using their powers for good. What could possibly go wrong?
