This book was great, as have been all the ones I have gotten from this author. All are anointed and can be felt that way, some more than others. This is one of the more anointed or maybe I came to it when I needed it most so it felt that way to me. Either way it was calming and full of wisdom that helped me move forward in a more Godly way and to feel momentum in my thoughts rather than feeling "stuck in the mire." I have never been sorry to purchase one of Joyce's books. And that is saying something as I have purchased many. I just finished it on audible and upon finishing this review I will be starting it over again. Thank you Joyce, Dave, their children and all those who work and support the ministry. Giving into your call has changed my life profoundly and the world I choose to live in. God bless you all.

I have always been a skeptic of mediums and the like. After watching a few of Theresa's shows and now listening to this book I cannot argue against her and have decided, and feel, my spirit is for her. she is doing good work and is bringing comfort to the grieved when they need it most and is a tool to show Gods love and light. I was a skeptic of the bible once also until I read it all the way through for myself. She withstands the scrutiny and shows her truth on the other side of it. Thank you Theresa for having the courage to be you. We are all the better for it.

Building on her signature message of using the mind to master difficult emotions, Joyce Meyer focuses on the most destructive, insidious one of all: anger. It is responsible for broken relationships, sleepless nights, high blood pressure and ulcers. It destroys friendships, marriages and families, not to mention peace of mind. Anger is especially hard to handle for many Christians who have learned from childhood that "good Christians don't get angry." Meyer argues that properly handled, anger is an alert system that something is wrong and needs to be resolved.

The title pretty much says it all. I prefer when Joyce reads her own books on Audible, which is how I experienced this book. But, none the less, it still got through to me and I was able to have ears that hear, and they needed to hear even though I thought I was already so spiritually mature. Apparently I have forgotten my own shortcomings and am keenly aware of those in others. I was making myself miserable and I know better. Anger, resentment and unforgiveness are sneaky and subtle and I am sorry to say got the better of me even with my guard up. Thank you for writing this book, I needed it and I am glad I was able to get the help right when I needed it most.

It's not the kind of book you can read once and get. It will take multiple reads and applications to get the full benefit of this book. But, it needed to be written and I am glad to finally be more educated about what I put in my body.

I am one that usually likes the movies better. I saw the movie first and then read this book. There was so much more in the book. Had I not seen the movie first I may not have followed the storyline as much, but since I did it was great. I rarely read science fiction, I watch a lot of it in Movies, but sci-fi books have rarely held my attention, but this one did. For me it helps that I listened to it on Audible , so it was like a movie for me that way. Now on to the next in the series to see what happens. Definitely worth the time to listen or read however you choose to experience it.

I was referred to this book by a really smart nurse that I respect. I got the audio version. The first time I was in the hospital while I listened but I kept falling asleep and having difficulty remembering where I was. Once I returned home I gave it another try and it held my attention the whole time. It certainly gives you a healthy perspective on the moving industry. I have had some bad movers in my day that stole from me because I was not in a position to watch them like a hawk. I would have loved to have movers like this guy, well in his latter stages that is. I would have never guessed a book like this could entertain me as well as make be think, but It was and it did.

I thought this was going to be more of an expose on the criminal practices in adoption that went on. It did finally devote like ten minutes at the end of the book telling me where I could do my own research to find facts that I thought this book was going to provide.
This book was emotionally indulgent. It reminded me of that "one person" at a party we have all experienced that thinks every detail of their life is so fascinating and they monopolize your time and energy. I kept hoping it would get better. But, for me,, the best part of this book was when it was over because I didn't have to waste my time anymore hoping for something great and those last ten minutes I spoke about. The rest was just a waste of my time I won't get back. The attempted romance story was boring and trite. The entire story line basically gets off to a good start, but plateaus right there and even the climax seemed to be of the same monotone.
They did a good job with the cover picture and the description leading me to believe it was going to be something other than it was and that was what sold this book. It is disappointing that the book never lived up to the cover or description.

It was Interesting seeing the path that made the President who is and was at the time. I had not heard anything about this book before I listened to it. I was glad he read it himself and I was hoping this was written after his presidency and was a reflection of his time in office and thoughts on where we need to go as a country and family, but it was not that. I did not bother checking out the copyright date. So, when the book comes out I was hoping for I will read that also. I would not have bought this book had I known it was mostly a history and what made the man. But, I am glad I did not know because I was exposed to a life and very different cultures than my own. I am glad about that and this book made me think and really made me aware of how small our world is and how we all impact one another. I feel I learned something and am a deeper and more thoughtful person after reading it and I am very glad about that. It is not a barn burner where you just can't put it down, but it will make you think, unless you are opposed to that sort of thing in which case you should not get this book. For all others that wish to elevate themselves and be inspired to more oneness then you should read this book. The reason for the 4 star is I only give barn burners 5 stars. 4 stars is still high praise from me.
