With all of the pluck and charm of its eponymous young hero, Rachel McAdams ( The Notebook, Spotlight, Midnight in Paris) delivers a spectacular reading of Montgomery's beloved bildungsroman. In moments both funny and bittersweet, McAdams' voice is imbued with the spark that has made Anne a much-loved symbol of individualism and cheer for over a century.

Once again A. C. Gaughen produces a smashing hit!

This is a very different book than the first in the series but no less special. This book is raw and real with many new characters to fall in love with. It's an adventure story full of action and magic. Yet, it's rooted in love and family which makes it very relatable and meaningful to readers.

The narrator also did a fantastic job of telling this story!

It’s a pretty popular war. Maybe you heard about it yesterday. Maybe last month. But it was probably recent. And when it came up, did you wish that you could be the one to casually drop a fact that would have everyone in the room going, “Wow, I never knew that!”

With this audiobook, you can be that person.

You can listen to it just a few minutes a day.

It walks you through the entire war in chronological order and gives you the main points with a lot of extra colorful details that are not widely known. It was kept short and to the point so it is an easy and highly interesting listen. I definitely recommend this book and I'll definitely be looking into getting a print copy as well.

Tenley "Ten" Lockwood is an average 17-year-old girl...who has spent the past 13 months locked inside the Prynne Asylum. The reason? Not her obsession with numbers but her refusal to let her parents choose where she'll live - after she dies. There is an eternal truth most of the world has come to accept: Firstlife is merely a dress rehearsal, and real life begins after death.
