Would you consider the audio edition of The Grand Opening to be better than the print version?

Both are good, depends on personal preference of the reader or listeners

Who was your favorite character and why?

I don’t know the characters blended well together

Have you listened to any of Em Eldridge’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I enjoy listening to her narratives, she has good inflections in her voice and her male and female voices were easy to tell whichever character was talking.

Any additional comments?

On the story I had four stars, only because I couldn’t get the fifth star to take. It’s definitely 5 stars for all categories.

This book was just great one of the best romantic murder books I've listened to. With an unbelievable twisted ending.

For the most part I enjoyed the story, but the voice for the aunt was very annoying and I almost turned it off. I did look at the next book in the series, it's not the same narrator so I decided to order it, because I did enjoy the story

The Bodine ranch and resort in western Montana is a family business, an idyllic spot for vacationers. A little over thirty thousand acres and home to four generations, it's kept running by Bodine Longbow with the help of a large staff, including new hire Callen Skinner. There was another member of the family once: Bodine's aunt, Alice, who ran off before Bodine was born. She never returned, and the Longbows don't talk about her much. The younger ones, who never met her, quietly presume she's dead.
