There are a million reasons why Miles Hart isn't the man I should date but allow me to enumerate the top three: He's friends with my brother; he's a single dad; and he's a sexy, in-demand rock star. He might as well wear an off-limits, totally unavailable, and don't-even-attempt-to-ride-this-ride sign. And there's one more little itty-bitty thing - he's never asked me on a date. That is, until he asks me to be his plus-one when his band plays at his high school reunion. It shouldn't be a big deal. After all, we're just friends, and no one is giving us our own hashtag. Except me....

Sigh! The third story in a killer series- Miles and Roxy are the Ying to the others Yang in a smart, sassy, sexy and sweet tale of love, knowing no bounds- popping up where you'd least expect it in the best of ways!
Slight taboo'nes added to the mix with the best friends little sister and troupe, couple that with their hearts splayed on the floor for family, the lust haze that follows them around and flirty fun banter- phew that would be enough right there!
But Miles... MIles is a Rockstar on and off the stage!
He'd do anything for his son Ben! The closer he gets to Roxy the more he'd do for her! Where can I get one of these MIles?
The SWEETEST book out of the series! I swear my heart felt like it was being hugged tight by the end!
I have loved each ( brother) unique, sexy, fun story! I'm just sorry it took me this long to listen to " Once Upon A Wild Fling."
Sebastion York and Andi Ardnt killed it on narration as always!
A listening pleasure to the ears and heart!
Well worth the time and credit!

Two weeks before her wedding, Remi Montague's fiancé drops her faster than a drunken sorority girl in stilettos. Armed with her best friend and a bottle of tequila, she hops a plane to London to drown her sorrows before fall semester begins at Whitman University. She didn't plan on attending a masquerade party. She sure didn't plan on waking up next to the British bad boy who broke her heart three years ago - the devastatingly handsome and naked Dax Blay. Furthermore, she has no clue how they acquired matching tattoos.

My name is Sevin. Homeschooled and sheltered by my ultra-religious family, I was always taught that lust was a sin. Elle was the girl who'd been carefully chosen for me. After a long-distance courtship, I'd be moving into her family's guest house so that we could get to know each other in the months before the wedding. Boundaries were set: no inappropriate touching, no kissing, no sex before marriage. I'd accepted those rules and my fate - until I met the one I wanted to sin with.

Phew!
That was a whole lot of angsty story!
The first half of the book flew by for me, hooked on the Sevin, El, and Elvanginlens tormented, taboo dealings, I was all about them.
The further the nonrelationship grew with Evangeline .. bleh. (Her character ( (IMO) ) was very contradicting, whiny selfish, and manipulative.)..the less I wanted to keep going on with the story. wanted to throttle Sevin for following her around like a lost puppy!
Glutton for punishment I listened on. Sigh

Did I enjoy the book? ** throws hands up in the air ** I am still on the fence, but what I can say is it was a unique story, that certainly got its point across, with a rollercoaster of emotional highs and lows, scorching heat levels, sanity breaking sound barriers and characters that I either hated or loved and had a partially satisfying ending.
Narration: Sean Crisden has a gorgeous, pleasure to hear vocals, I especially enjoyed his voice inflections with the heaviness of the emotional scenes, his female voices sounded like they were difficult for him to do. Aletha George: second time listening to her narrating! Did an excellent job bring the characters to life!

Sullivan and Will are as close as two friends can be. Growing up in the system forced them to rely on each other, and they've become accustomed to sharing everything - including women. Now they're ready for more. To find love. To start a family. To see the dreams they've shared since childhood come true. Apparently I tick off every box on their list - brains, beauty, and sass. I never hesitate to put both men in their places - which they find sexy as hell. One problem, I'm a traditional girl, with traditional values - one man, one woman, till death do us part - kind of values.

I was SO excited seeing this Audiobook in the Romance Package; I jumped right on it, unfortunately for me, it was a miss. I am all for a steamy MFM with MM action in the romances I read/listen too- this one, I could not get past the inconsistencies in the storyline, and how much did not care for Adrienne. Her false bravado irritated me, and not sticking up for the men she supposedly loved. What was that? Did her alcohol-soaked brain not comprehend how Thanksgiving was going to work out with her ultra-conservative father? Or the fact she was always sooo concerned they were going to break up with her, it seemed rather juvenile!
As far as inconsistencies go, I feel like paragraphs or chapters were missing.
I don't want to give away more about the book - so all I will say to explain this statement is the timelines are wonky, I was shocked at how quickly that extra twist towards the end was thrown in.. considering the events that happened in the previous chapter! Also, it would have nice to see more of Sullivan and Will's POV- maybe the choppiness of the whole story would have made more sense, seeing what they had done, who they had spoken too, knowing how they felt.. etc.
The sex scenes were steamy, humorous and tiny bit awkward. I don't even know how to elaborate on that.

Of course, I am just one opinion out of a sea of arses!

Overall I think the idea behind this book is stellar; I did listen all the way through and enjoyed the sweet HEA wrap up I do wish it could have been longer with some of the things mentioned above! I would read another book by Lola Leighton!

Ava Erickson, Jacob Morgan, and Jason Clarke kicked booty in the vocals department! They fit the character profiles perfectly!

Kade and Sophie's powerful soul-searching connection can be felt throughout this beautiful rollercoaster romance as two people, broken in mind body and heart keep finding themselves pulled back to one another by a force that can only be described as "Gravity" dig in their heels and climb out of the darkness trying to make sense of what is happening to them both, and what to do with all the new and terrifying feelings left up for grabs!
Suspenseful, full on frustrating, sweet, and humorous with waves of heat and passionate romance, I swear I think I loved this story more the second time around!
I have a soft spot for all the Savage /St. James crew- the added narration from Gunnar Qualen and Jenna St. Claire brought the characters and storyline to a whole new level!
A magnificent Audio! Well worth the time and credit!

A new standalone novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author, Vi Keeland. The night I met Drew Jagger, he'd just broken into my new Park Avenue office. I dialed 9-1-1 before proceeding to attack him with my fancy new Krav Maga skills. He quickly restrained me, then chuckled, finding my attempted assault amusing. Of course, my intruder had to be arrogant. Only, turned out, he wasn't an intruder at all. Drew was the rightful occupant of my new office. He'd been on vacation while his posh space was renovated.

Happy Gotcha Day!

Dwah!
Drew and Emerie's story surprised me! Such a sassy, laugh out loud, heart squeeze, butterfly inducer... melt me into a puddle kind of surprise!
This book was everything I love in romances, humor, conflict, beautiful heart, and GAH- a surly male who gets brought to his knees by the right women ( I am such a SUCKER for these kinds of stories) add in a child, who the surly man would do anything for.. I'm mush.. I'm sooo that type it's sad! But Vi Keeland too my obsession and turned it into a hella fantastic story that I just finished and am ready to listen to again!
The narration by Joe Arden and Andi Arndt was spot on, they're a spectacular duo, really bringing those characters to life- I loved Joe Ardens "southern twang" ... I instantly hated the judge haha!
Well worth the listening time! I ended this audio feeling better than when I started!

I wanted to love this story.
I love Penelope Ward's writing style unique characters, and plot twists, but honestly, this book had me all over the place. I just didn't feel the connection between Mack and Frankie- and some of the timelines confused me! ( Probably just me) I did enjoy the sexy banter, the humorous undertones and the look into Frankie's thoughts that was refreshing.
Also, Mack scored points for sticking up for Frankie, ( Okay sometimes sticking up for her ha!)
Regardless, I did listen through to the end, I had to know how this madness would play out!
And I have to say I did enjoy that HEA, it wrapped up what I did get out of the story swimmingly!
Sebastion York and Andi Ardnt rocked it out on narration as always!

I've known Caleb Strong for over a year. We have a special kind of friendship - we make crude comments, double entendres, and tease each other mercilessly. But we've never crossed that line. We're just friends. Until we start working together to renovate my childhood home. Seeing him shirtless working out in the sun is making me want something more. The way his corded forearms twist every screw, the way his biceps flex as he swings his hammer... I want to feel what that brute strength can do to me.

A fun, fast, hilarious storyline where even the characters body parts have an inner dialogue, the love of words, food, sex and making things beautiful brings two unlikely people together when they didn't know they needed each other!
While I am not sure exactly what I was expecting, this book was just the breath of chocolate soup filled air and a side of bacon I needed!
Light on the drama, heavy on the slapstick, over the topness, and crazy train of life happens- if you're looking for something more along the lines of Daytime Soaps or dark heavy make you want to cry this is not for you! It's Rom-Com all the way!!
I love this collaboration between Sarina Bowen ( have read/listened to several of her books) and Tanya Eby ( new to me )
