Would you consider the audio edition of Seedfolks to be better than the print version?

I loved this little book about the impact of any empty lot, turned into a community garden, in a poor inner city neighborhood.

Would you try another book from Gregg Hurwitz and/or Scott Brick?

No

What could Gregg Hurwitz have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Made the story somewhat more plausible

What didn’t you like about Scott Brick’s performance?

Voices too clichéd

Do you think Tell No Lies needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No - it's all wrapped up nicely at the end - although I almost didn't read all the way to the end.

I am surprised this had such high reader ratings. That's usually a good indication of whether I will like a book or not, but not it in this case.

They both did a great job with convincing voices.

If you could rename Heft, what would you call it?

Don't know, although it's not a great title.

Any additional comments?

This is an unusual story which I enjoyed very much. Was caught off guard by the abrupt ending, but after a little reflection think it is an excellent ending.

Would you try another book from Donna Tartt and/or David Pittu?

Probably -

Would you ever listen to anything by Donna Tartt again?

Probably

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The narrator was not the problem for me, it was the story.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

If it had been much shorter and much less overwrought, cheap philosophizing, it could have been a very good book. The writing is not bad, but the character development, or lack thereof, and silly naval gazing personal revelations ruined it for me. Can't imagine how this won a Pulitzer.
