This is just a bunch of filthy rags and 12-step psychobabble. Churches that are in bed with the gov't are murdering people. Please see the movie, "The 13th Step" and the book, "Taken Into Custody" by Stephen Baskerville! Wounds do not need to be touched! All people have to do is know the person who hurt them was not able to be conscious of their sins. And, viola'! No addictions, no more pain. It's gone! You people need to get a life!

Using eight principles, a variety of true stories and their years of experience as professional psychologists, Cloud and Townsend enlighten readers on how to make empowering choices-and how to build the life they want to live. It may seem impossible but it's true: taking personal responsibility is not only liberating, it is the best-and perhaps the only-way for a person to get what they really want out of life.

This would seem to be a very helpful book, but it is not, according to "Taken Into Custody" by Stephen Baskerville that gives us a bigger picture into the psychobabble covering up what is really taking place at newlife.com. Churches That Abuse by Enroth is another good indicator of this psychobabble. The private lives of me and all mine has no place in gov't control that has taken on this role by force. But, they can't hurt you if you don't let them. Me and all mine settle all our disputes privately and with the private bill of rights that protects us from such gov't agency tyranny. Buyer beware!!!!!

This was okay except for the New Age psychobabble. I've heard most of it before from other books. I'm sure feminist love this book, though. But, we raise our boys according to the practices and principles of the book, The War Against Boys, by Christina Hoff Sommers along with Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Parenting.
