This book started off exciting and captivating even though it was a bit drawn out at times. I enjoyed it all the way up until the last few chapters. It took a turn for the cooky. Not my taste and in my opinion, a lazy way to end such a good story with intricate and realistic characters

I always wanted a nice, normal boyfriend. The kind you could bring home to your parents. Instead, I fell for Austin Wright. We tried this once and failed. Hard. I swore the bad-boy Wright who set my body on fire would never get a second chance, because our love is heroin-laced-gasoline-addicting and destined to go up in flames.

Wanting the perfect man doesn't make me crazy. I just know what I like. A powerful billionaire in a suit wasn't even my first choice. McAllister Stonewall was never on my radar; I didn't even know he existed. I do now. His hands are all over me at work. The heat of his chest pressing against my bare back as he bends me over the desk is the only thing on my mind. He is my most forbidden desires unleashed. He is my new secret obsession. He is my Mr. Perfect. Until the moment I realize there's no such thing as perfect.

This book was so incredibly inconsistent and borderline juvenile in its dialogue that I couldn't get through it. Also, I kid u not there were maybe 10-20 lines of dialogue between the ridiculous and over abundant sex scenes.

I loved this book, it was so chilling that I had to turn it off and step away from it for a day or two. the story was compelling and so original. my only issue was a few scenes that seemed to be a little unbelievable, i.e the Millie pill bathroom scene, why did it take Grace so long to understand what Millie was saying?

Ellie Godfrey has kissed her share of frogs. So many, in fact, that she fears she won’t recognize her prince if and when he finally comes along. Tired of waiting for THE ONE, Ellie decides to have a baby on her own before it’s too late. When Jasper Autry hears about Ellie’s plan, what else can he do but step in and offer to “contribute” to her project. Does that make him an opportunist? Whatever. He wants the perpetually out-of-reach Ellie Godfrey, and when he sees his chance, he takes it. That she’s the sister of his business partner and close friend Flynn gives him pause, but it doesn’t stop him from having what he wants. As Jasper and Ellie embark upon their secret “project,” he makes it clear that for as long as they’re together, he’s in charge—in the bedroom anyway. After the hottest night of her life, Ellie realizes she’s made a deal with the devil himself.

I'm so disappointed in this book, narration, and Marie Force. If I had known how bad the narration was I would have bought the kindle version. The male narrator is cringe worthy, his American accents were horrible, the men sounded like women (Flynn, Christian, etc) or a really loud jumble of a New York, Boston,Chicago accent (for hayden).

Whats worst is the way Force wrote Jasper's speech. He sounds like a character in a 1930's English novel ("gobsmacked? " really?) either Marie Force has never heard an actual English person from this generation speak or she had a really bad consultant for British speech.

I love this series and I will read the rest of the books but this book is definitely a black spot on the whole series.

Jason Thorn...my brother's childhood friend. Oh, how stupidly in love with that boy I was. He was the first boy who made me blush, my first official crush. Sounds beautiful so far, right? That excitement that bubbles up inside you, those famous butterflies you feel for the very first time - he was the reason for them all. But you get to live in that fairy tale world only until they crush your hopes and dreams and then stomp on your heart for good measure. And boy did he crush my little heart into pieces.

I don't know which is killing this audio book more, the horrible female narrator that makes her character and Jason sound extremely child like or if it's the writing style. Sebastian York is amazing in everything but he fell a bit flat in this book that's why I'm leaning towards the conclusion that it's probably the writing that sucked. Either way I couldn't get passed chapter 5, returning asap
